Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes across Texas
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight using proper techniques and equipment
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no major violations)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain CDL through company program
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Must be 21+ years old
