Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes during overnight hours
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections, basic maintenance checks, and accurate log documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Handle secure cargo transportation and specialized freight as required
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states
