Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods during night shifts
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and route optimization protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system (ELD) compliance
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Uphall all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work nights (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
