Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to designated customer locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and all required documentation (DOT compliant).
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
