Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for nightly freight deliveries across Southern California
- Perform pre-trip inspections and adhere to strict DOT compliance protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging system records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Handle specialized freight including temperature-controlled and hazardous materials (with proper endorsements)
- Represent our company with professionalism during client interactions and at delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of California roadways and traffic regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening (required for all positions)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- hazmat tanker endorsement preferred but not required
