Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/long-haul deliveries
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance
- Navigate complex urban routes efficiently during night hours
- Communicate professionally with dispatch teams and clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with ELD devices and DOT regulations
- Strong navigation skills in metropolitan areas
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
