Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight freight delivery
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Navigate Denver metropolitan routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules
- Comply with all federal/state transportation regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation
- Strong knowledge of Denver area roads and infrastructure
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
