Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently across the Miami area and beyond.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring safety and proper securement.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo paid training for new drivers (no experience? No problem).
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate complex routes.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
