Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A or Class B vehicles to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, utilizing proper tie-down techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Interact professionally with customers and team members at pickup and delivery locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
