Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using Amazon's handheld device
- Inspect vehicle daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery status and concerns
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's delivery routes, timelines, and service standards
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at Amazon fulfillment centers
- Report delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
