Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logbooks.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel at delivery points.
- Keep the truck cabin and cargo area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid US Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (preferred for experienced roles).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
