Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) to deliver freight on time and within budget.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure 100% safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean driving record and strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Document delivery times, mileage, and any incidents accurately using company software.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the truck cabin and cargo area organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Proof of US citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
