Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Transport freight to designated delivery points in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, miles driven, and cargo status.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
