Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Report maintenance issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Manage delivery schedules and time-sensitive shipments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to handle cargo loading/unloading
