Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Navigate delivery routes while strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and delivery interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) and drug screen clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and safety training.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
