Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and professional manner across the Louisville metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while maintaining cargo integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and maintain communication with dispatch and customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT medical card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 1 minor violation in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the job, including lifting and bending.
