Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/trailers) following DOT regulations
- Transport goods across the eastern seaboard with on-time delivery focus
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and load securement
- Uphold strict safety standards and defensive driving practices
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of hazmat regulations (Hazmat endorsement preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible hours
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
