Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for local/regional routes within PA/NJ/DE
- Deliver freight on time while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Load/unload cargo with precision and care using provided equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent Philly Freight Solutions with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience preferred)
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card
- Proven ability to navigate metropolitan areas and tight delivery zones
- Strong knowledge of cargo securement and weight distribution
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
