Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/vans) to transport goods on local/regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling protocols
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries in high-traffic LA areas
- Complete electronic logging and delivery documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of LA metro area and California highways
- Strong attention to safety and compliance protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts as needed
