Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Southern California routes
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety checks
- Ensure cargo securement compliance and load/unload assistance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Manage time-sensitive delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license required (Class B acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California roadways and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to depot location
