Responsibilities
- Safely operate freight vehicles to deliver goods across Honolulu and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage route optimization to meet delivery deadlines
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Honolulu traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of freight handling procedures
