Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (A or B)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
