Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper securing techniques
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and compliance systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Southwest regional routes
