Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) for regional routes within Oklahoma and surrounding states
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Accurately complete pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and delivery documentation
- Load/unload freight with precision while maintaining proper securing techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Represent Swift Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of regional geography and route planning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
