Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) across designated routes in New Mexico and surrounding states
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and documentation
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and compliance paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Southwest terrain
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
