Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Verify shipment contents and complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with required endorsements.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
