Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and pre/post-trip inspection protocols
- Load/unload cargo with precision using forklifts or pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipments
- Ensure timely deliveries while prioritizing road safety
- Report maintenance issues and perform basic vehicle upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with GPS technology proficiency
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability for early morning/evening shifts
