Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety standards pre/post-trip
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with precision using equipment
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery efficiency
- Complete accurate documentation (BOLs, logs, reports)
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (KY or transferable)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
