Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently and verify documentation
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent Oakland Transport Solutions with professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Familiarity with Bay Area routes and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
