Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently according to DOT regulations
- Plan and execute delivery routes while maintaining accurate logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure mechanical safety and compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-focused with professional communication abilities
