Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT-compliant logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Represent our brand professionally at customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic loading equipment
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Midwest routes
