Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and customer interactions professionally
- Maintain accurate logbooks and route optimization
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
- Represent Southwest Transport Solutions with exceptional professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque metro area routes
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
