Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers over-the-road and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and log compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of federal/state transportation laws
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for irregular hours and overnight travel
- High school diploma or equivalent
