Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) across NYC metro area
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to schedules
- Uphold strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A or B) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with NYC traffic regulations and routes
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
