Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across assigned routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo while ensuring weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedule changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate interstate.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical exam.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo paid training program for new drivers.
