Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed)
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch team in real-time
- Represent company with professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (California required)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of San Diego metro area routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
