Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods on regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation and delivery tracking
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Indianapolis metro area and regional highways
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
