Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in the San Francisco area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, electronic logging devices (ELD), and inspection reports.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the proper endorsements.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of local San Francisco geography and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
