Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of packages and goods.
- Deliver items to residential and commercial addresses while adhering to designated routes and schedules.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately complete digital logs and delivery paperwork (eSignature, scanning, etc.).
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, security, and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and GPS navigation.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance.
