Your Mission
As a key member of our fleet, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the Southwest. We value safety, professionalism, and customer service above all else.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to FMCSA regulations and company standards.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring weight distribution is correct and cargo is secured.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service during loading and delivery stops.
- Report mechanical issues immediately to maintenance and maintain a clean truck cab.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with flatbed, dry van, or tanker hauling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends, and long hours as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
