Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles to transport cargo.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo security and proper handling of goods.
- Manage accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of road maps and navigation systems.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
