Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles safely and efficiently in and around the Phoenix metro area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD/DOT) and complete all necessary delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and defensive driving practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and cargo securement.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
