Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight transport
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance documentation
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while ensuring on-time arrivals
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal route planning and safety
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Familiarity with mountain driving conditions and Colorado regulations
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside repairs
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
