Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently on various routes.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to proper safety and weight regulations.
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules and time windows.
- Perform mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean driving record and a clean vehicle interior.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and road conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
