Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight across Michigan
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery documentation and route optimization
- Represent Express Logistics Solutions professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (Michigan endorsement)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR verification required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Michigan roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning starts
