Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight transport
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery deadlines
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Operate in diverse weather and terrain conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of HOS regulations and electronic logging
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic navigation skills and GPS proficiency
- Commitment to safety and on-time deliveries
- Must be 21+ years of age
