Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in all weather conditions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, adhering to weight restrictions and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere strictly to DOT and company safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to pass a road test if required.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, local routes, and safety procedures.
