Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (e-BOLs, manifests)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and Baltimore traffic protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight (refrigerated, flatbed, dry van) as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Tanker, Hazmat, or doubles/triples endorsements preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Baltimore metro area and Mid-Atlantic routes
- Strong time management and communication skills
