Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, reefers, or flatbed) for local/regional routes
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip documentation
- Load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance records
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/delivery operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Denver metro area and mountain routes
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based operations
