Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate San Antonio routes using GPS technology
- Load, unload, and sort packages with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages via handheld devices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon delivery standards
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
